PSCBO process No success for updatestats steps

Hi,

I'm getting below error while running a delivered process in FSCM 9.2. I have installed PSCBO package on that database.

This process failed at the  step %UpdateStats(BPA_RATES_TA0) and process went to No success.

Could someone please help on it.

Note: I'm able to gather stat's explicitly from backend using PSCBO package.

Stmt #: 1723 Error Position: 0 Return: 4068 - ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded ORA-04061: existing state of package "PSADM.PSCBO_STATS" has been invalidated ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package "PSADM.PSCBO_STATS" ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit
