ASN Out messages dropped in TAFR for store-to-store transfers (Retail15)

Hi,

I created in RMS 15 transfer from store to store and shipped it. ASN Out message was generated and pushed on a queues, but it failed in TAFR with following error in rib-tafr:ASNOutToASNInLoc:

2017-04-18 15:14:11,833 [ASNOutToASNIn_tafr_1] DEBUG com.retek.rib.domain.tafr.bo.impl.ASNOutToASNInLocFromRibBOImpl - S:true:false

2017-04-18 15:14:11,833 [ASNOutToASNIn_tafr_1] DEBUG com.retek.rib.domain.tafr.bo.impl.ASNOutToASNInLocFromRibBOImpl - Message dropped, PhysicalFromLoc (1234) and PhysicalToLoc are either 's' or 'e' or 'c'.

Same situation occurs when I create ASN Out message for orders (to location type is 'S', from location is supplier, from location type is null).
