April 2017 PeopleTools Critical Patch

Looks like there is a typo.  As per the resolution for customer running PeopleSoft application on PeopleTools 8.55, the fix is delivered in PT 8.55.17 ARU Patch #: 25672851.  However, the patch is 8.55.15, which was released on April 17th.  Customer wants to know if this is indeed a typo.
