Unable to Close Voucher with Voided and Stopped Payments

Hello,

We had a voucher that had withholding applied in error. I followed the steps I found on the forum to remove the withholding (What are the steps to delete a Withholding Voucher that was paid, posted and Post Withholding executed?). However, when I navigate to the Close Voucher page and enter the BU and voucher ID, the voucher is not found. I tried this when the voucher was posted, as referenced in PB, and also when the voucher was unposted.

The voucher had two payments that were canceled. One was voided and one payment was stopped. Any guidance you could provide would be appreciated.
