EVEN EXCHANGE transactions in ReSA gives tran_out_bal error

Hi,

We are being getting EEXCH transaction from POS, in which the Sold and the returned Item does not match the retail price, instead POS is sending a Discount Tender to match the Retail of SALE

to that of RETURN. In ReSA these are getting error’ d as TRAN OUT BAL, ReSA base does not require any TENDER as it matches ITEM level retail price.

we need a help on how can we get this into ReSA without any error as it seems to be a correct process at POS.

Ex:

There are 2 items on a transaction - 1 Sale and 1 Return
