Change Package per module

When trying to create a new package for the FA module from CS 9.2.004 image, under the search criteria "Product/Severity/Image", Installed products, I noticed, only two products listed.   What controls this and how can I change it? (We have the full suite of Campus Solutions installed in our shop).  I also noticed that when I defined the database in CA only 3 products were listed.
