Issue with File Layout not reading last line without CR/LF

Hello Folks !

So, I am upgarding from 8.54/9/.1 to 9.2 (PI 19)/8.55.13. I ran into an issue where FL is not able to read the last line from the file that does not have CR/LF.

On MOS, I found article ReadRowset Fails To Read Last Line Without CR/LF or Lines With More Then 1024 Characters (Doc ID 2235022.1)

according to this, there was fix for BUG 24842786, which was added to 8.55.12 and 8.55.13, which started to cause the above issue.

Hence, the bug fix was withdrawn from 8.55.14.

Now, if I DO NOT want to apply 8.55.14 patch, the what is the other way that I can get the "fix withdrawn" ?
