Is any body added custom task flow in RMS16?

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

I have configured local WLS and deployed Rms.ear. I have downloaded "Reference_Templates_and_Sample.zip" and tried to add custom task flow "Order Dashboard by Location". I have followed the instruction mentioned in the deployment steps (merch-adf-customizations-guide-160.pdf, page 51) for Adding Custom Task Links. Side menubar is modified and having link for custom task flow but when clicking on it, it is not opening, also we are not getting any errors. Is anybody faced similar issue?
