How to retrieve workflow history back?

EBS version 12.2.4

Hi all:

Recently we have undergone major migration. We have migrated our ebs system from UNIX Solaris OS to Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.8

When migrated, we don't remember the workflow mailer account that we have previously used when the instance we on UNIX. So, we have created a new workflow mailer account with the SMTP and IMAP details and proceed with that. For some reason, the users are now saying all the workflow history are gone. They are not able to see their worklist. We are able to retry the workflow steps with the mailer id and the notification will go to the approvers, but that is only good as a workaround when we have identified the requisition number and PO number etc.
