ElasticSearch setup - env.ptsf_search_instance , env.search_provider is missing from the Search Inst

We are currently in PeopleTools 8.54.30 and using SES and working on to setup the ElasticSearch , and in the reference document it mentioned that we have to change env.ptsf_search_instance field value from PTSF_DEFAULT, to PTSF_ES, but i am unable to see this field(env.ptsf_search_instance)  on the  Search Instance Configuration page. any help. Thank you.

env.ptsf_search_instance --> PTSF_DEFAULT --> Search instance name Be sure to change the env.ptsf_search_instance from the  default value, such as PTSF_DEFAULT, to PTSF_ES, as shown in the example. Otherwise the Oracle SES instance will be updated rather than the Elasticsearch instance).
