R12.2.4 - Workflow analyzer gives warning message - WF_DEFFERED_TABLE_M has little or no acitvity

Do I need to be concern about this message - 'WF_DEFFERED_TABLE_M has little or no activity' ? Could it be - that when we ran the WF analyzer there was not much acitivity going on ?
