Request help, to fix the Workflow builder installation issue on Windows 7 64 bit OS, when using Workflow builder 2.6.3 Recommended by Oracle on Windows 7,

After installing successfully , on click of the WFBLDR.Exe icon, i get the below message 

"The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000018). Click Ok to close the application"
