Book to Bank Recon status changes from In Progress to New

We are currently on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0 getting ready to upgrade to PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. In preparation for our upgrade, we reviewed book to bank recons to verify that there are no statements with a BTB_RECON_STATUS of 'New'.

We found that there are a number of statements that are showing with BTB_RECON_STATUS of 'New', even though Finance has previously worked these statements in Book to Bank recon and has the generated reports showing that the statements were in a status of 'In Progress'.

On the Book to Bank Recon search page, the Status is 'New' for these statements, but on the Book to Bank Recon Details page the Book to Bank Status shows as 'In Progress'.
