Workflow Notification Mailers Keep Coming Down

We need to find out why we are having issues with the notification mailers keep coming down.  Evey morning I would notice that they are down.  I would restart the mailers and bring them back up.  There has been 1 time where I would restart the mailers and then in 3 hours they would be down again. 

Any idea on what is causing this and how to resolve the issue?
