PeopleSoft upgrade Application 9.1 to 9.2 and Tools 8.51 to 8.55

I am very new to PeopleSoft and am taking as many courses I can to familiarize myself with the product.

What I am looking for is a high level step approach on how to upgrade PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2 and Tools 8.51 to 8.55.

Current environment...

PeopleTools 8.51

Peoplesoft Application 9.1 HRMS

Oracle 12 database on Linux

PS Application on Windows Server 2008 R2

Future proposed environment....

PeopleTools 8.55

Peoplesoft Application 9.2 HRMS

Oracle 12 database on Linux

PS Application on Windows Server 2012

I am trying to map out at a very high level on how to accomplish the above.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, keep in mind, I am new to this environment.
