EAP: Error (263,90) When a New Payment Request is Added in Payment Request Center in Fluid Version (

Getting the same error message as in the Doc - but adding the role indicated does not help - however under Manage Activity guide Instances - If I set the role the user has 'NJ_BASIC_ACCESS' as Admininstrator it works - however cannot make users administrators on activity guides - need to leave them as contributors only. - Please advise.
