Repl transfers created even if there is no stock in WH (Warehouse Stocked category)

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We are using Oracle RMS version 13.0.2.

We create replenishment with stock category warehouse stocked (as per my knowledge, it must not create transfers if there is no stock in the warehouse). But strangely, replenishment transfers are being created for items with 0 stock on hand at the warehouse.

Some of those transfers are generated with tsf_qty=0. Transfers are getting generated for items that were last replenished years ago.

Could anybody please explain how this can happen?
