Performance issues of Treausry Dashboard ?

When trying to create a simple Treasury Dashboard in our Dev environment the moment I add any criteria, I am no longer able to open up the dashboard at all ? I've repeated the same process through a couple of other environments with exactly the same results ? As these are on different boxes I can only assume it is the performance of the dashboard itself ?

Anyone else having the same problem ?
