FSCM PUM23 DPK installation (Native OS) fails with error -

Could not locate PeopleSoft FSDMO DPK in [D:\Binaries\FSCM\NativeOS\PUM23]

directory. The PeopleSoft FSDMO Database DPK is required

to setup a fulltier PeopleSoft PeopleTools environment.
