This is related to the ACCESSPOINTID

VERITY AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

The generation of unique ACCESSPOINTID is required for PeopleSoft normal operations as described in the following document E-PN: How To Configure Push Notifications For Environments With Multiple Process Scheduler and App Server Domains (Doc ID 2021884.1)

Since domain configuration will not happen often in a production environment, it is not considered a problem.
