Softwares needed in PeopleSoft Upgrade server (windows 2012)

We are starting the Initial pass (Upgrade) from PeopleTools 8.51.15/HCM 9.1 to Peop8.55.15/HCM 9.2 (PUM22). Please let me know what are all the softwares I need to install in the Windows Upgrade server(2012) before I start the  initial pass. Previously before the PUM came to picture, I used to install the current PS_HOME(PT8.51/HCM9.1) and new PS_HOME(PT8.55/HCM9.2). But with the PUM source image (PT 8.55.01 and HCM 9.2 PUM 16), do I need to create new PS_HOME same as the upgrade source image level or I can install PT 8.55.15 and HCM 9.2.
