Weblogic Multi-Server domain setup

We have a VM windows server with multiple ip addresses, our goal is to setup multiple peoplesoft webservers with default ports 80/443 but use the different ip addresses for each environment. I believe this can be done by setting up multi-server domain and some configuration in the console. I am getting some errors when trying to create a service for PIA2.
