each execution has high buffer reads when we run oracle order workflow ,can anyone help to decrease

Hi Team,

Am very New to Workflow.

I got performance issue of the work related to component.

They have mentioned

" each execution has high buffer reads" almost 400K

can Any one help to decrease the performance.

I have done some research ,I thought to run "Gather Schema Statitics" at schema level

Can anyone confirm if we run this program will it increase performance.??

What might be the reasons to high buffer reads ?
