EBS R12 Workflow Notification Mailer Stopped when connection to IMAP service Failed

Hello all,

Our system have already using Workflow Notification Mailer service. I see that when the Email server have problem - in this case the IMAP services on mail server  failed, then the Workflow Notification Service on EBS failed too. The log as below, is there any way to remain the WF Notification Service event IMAP Service down

DEACTIVATED_SYSTEM, This automatic Service Component has been restarted the maximum of 10 times after stopping with error.

Thus, it has been system deactivated -> oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.SvcComponentContainerException: Could not start component; performing rollback -> oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.SvcComponen
