GST- TDS TAX Categories in Tax Category Setup

HI

we apply gst phase 2 patch and we see that so tax category names are created automatically like.

4% New TDS migrated from: 1041-WCT @ 4% ,  .2833% New TDS migrated from: 1125-BENGAL HARYANA , 10% New TDS migrated from: 1146-194-H ( INDIVIDUAL   , 10% New TDS migrated from: 1147-194-H ( Co./Firm ). and so on..

please tell me that why these categories are created after applying gst phase 2 patch , is this related to TDS  Functionality  or  related to other functionality.
