Some Notifications are not being purged

Hi,

We have some notifications with Status='CLOSED' and Mail_Status = 'FAILED' OR 'NULL' that are not being purged after running the "Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data" concurrent program.

Shouldn't all the notifications be purged with this program ? or other programs or methods exist ?

Can anyone help ?
