Workflow mailer notification - Undeliverable
Recently implemented Oracle Workflow mailer - iProcurement plus office365 for smtp and imap protocols
Issue: We have internal users and we send PO's to external vendors, occasionally the emails are bounced back mainly due to incorrect email address with undeliverable in a NDR format.
NB: A TAG was created within the application
So, to deal with the "undeliverable" emails... a rule on office365 was setup to move all the "undeliverable" to a newly created folder called "undeliverable" and to forward the "undeliverable" to another team to re-process the "undeliverable" mails.
The forward part of the rule does not work, so a manual process takes place to move the "undeliverable" to another team to process.
