Credit Management system options are not defined

When we ran Collections Diagnostics - we see an error in the diagnostics output as : Credit Management system options are not defined.
ACTION - Please refer to the Oracle Credit Management Users Guide and define Credit Management system options.
More specifically the system option default exchange rate type must be defined. If this option is not defined there will be no data in the Collections Universal Work Queue.

Do we have to define it or can just ignore this error/warning? We do not use Advanced Collections (accept for Dunning/Dunning Letter)
