Negative values in PeopleSoft Chart causing error

Hello Everyone, Has anyone got an error while assigning a negative value to 2D/3D bar chart in peoplesoft? PeopleBooks says, when we assign a negative number to Y-Axis, X-Axis will get adjusted according to Y-Axis. However, in my case it is not adjusting instead prompting negative value assigned error and attached the error message.
