User connection queuing in weblogic 12.1.3

Dear All,

I would like to check if user connection queuing is feasible in weblogic 12c as it happens in tuxedo app server, the intent is to allow only specific number of users in weblogic (example 100) and rest of the users to be queued and get connected when weblogic release the connections.

your help is much appreciated.
