OIM Justification Field reverted to dummy in fulfillment stage

Hi Team,

While trying to Provision an Entitlement/Account or Revoking of Entitlement/Account when we are filling in the Justification field and submitting for Approval we are not seeing the actual value set on the time of Approval.

The Justification reverts backs to dummy and if it is left blank it still displays dummy.

We have not done any customization on the Fulfillment page.We are on the latest bundle patch that was release by Oracle for Oracle Identity Manager OIM R2 PS3.
