I've installed Peopletools 8.55 and upgraded my target database to PT 8.55. I have the CA job ready to run the HCM9.1 to 9.2 upgrade. The 'reviewing upgrade notes' section says to install it, but can I skip it until after the upgrade? Would there be any issues with that?
