Upgrade template and documentation for HCM 9.1 to 9.2 PI 9 upgrade

Hello everyone,

I am looking for the upgrade template and documentation for the one of the certified upgrade paths HCM 9.1 to 9.2 PI9 (September 2014). While the path itself is mentioned in the previous upgrade certifications tab in MOS Doc ID 1959519.2. I cant find any links to the upgrade templates or documentation (html and pdf) for the path. Can someone point me in the right direction please
