GST - Project Tax window issue

Hi,

When Invoice is created through expenditures like time and labor, India Tax window is not opening to apply tax/tax category. Here are the Error message showing:-

"UTIL-PARAM STRING ERROR"

Attached is the screen shot for more clarifications.

Any immediate help would be appreciated.
