IBRK-27 Error with PTools 13 - reran the AE and still have issue

Hi All, I have PT855.13 in all my environments include HCM PUM 21 which was delivered on this release.    I found the following MOS article:  E-IB: After Tools Upgrade to PT 8.55.13, SYSAUDIT Gave IBRK-27 Error (Doc ID 2229905.1)

It states that the resolution is:

After applied the tools patch bundle, please do the below to fix the issue

1. run the SYSAUDIT report to verify if any metadata corruption

2. if yes, run UPGPTSERVOPR upgrade script to fix the corruption.

Question - is there a script somewhere called:  UPGPTSERVOPR  or do they mean to re-run the AE?     I did try re-running the AE but it didn't help.  Which makes sense if it caused the issue in the first place.
