How to retrieve values for balance when there is proration.

Please find the issue below:
Upon proration, element basic is added automatically due to proration. The problem is that the amount for both elements is added to the balance used or computation thus wrong amount is used for the computation of the allowances and deductions.
Example:
Date | Salary | Unprorated Amount | Prorated Amount |
01-Mar-2017 – 15-Mar-2017 | Salary: 15 000 | 15 000 |
|
16-Mar-2017 – 31-Mar-2017 | Salary: 20 000 | 20 000 |
|
When using balance_asg_run it is giving me 15 000 + 20 000 = 35 000 which is not good.
A PLSQL function has been created to retrieve the amount for specific dates but the issue is that after the Quick Pay has completed all the values enter in the table pay_run_result_values.
