Memory fault in SAEXPGL

Hello Oracle commuity,

I need your support and experience with the next case:

A job of oracleretail batch is finishing with Status aborted, the job is saexpgl and the log indicates memory fault, also a threat is finishing with status Started. Following the documentation I have reset the status of the thread but the issue persist. I share with you the full log.

I hope somebody can help me.

Environment: QA

Oracle Retail Version: 13.1

Job: SAEXPGL

Status: Aborted
