Unable To Access Service Request Screen In IP2014 Open UI
When attempting to Navigating to the Screen "All Service Request " the below following error occurs.
ERROR

"The operation is invalid when there are no rows available.(SBL-DAT-00461)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Siebel OpenUI Application
2. Navigating to the Screen "Service Request "
3. Click on All SR view .
4. The following error occurs "The operation is invalid when there are no rows available.(SBL-DAT-00461)"
In All and MY service request there is PDQ which is Querying.
'Service Request'.Search = "[Opened Date] > Today () - 1"
Which is not returning any record in Siebel then it will throw above error in Open UI but at same time it's working fine in HI.
