Receiving Errors when defining Change Package for HCM 9.2\TaxUpdate 17B; Image 22

Hello,

     We are on HCM 9.2\TaxUpdate-17A.  The 17B Image is loaded to the VM and after correcting a couple of PI_HOME access errors, I loaded the two recent PRP's to it.  When attempting to replace the previously failed Change-Package an error is returned, "PeopleCode program DERIVED_PTIASP.NEXT_PB.FieldChange has changed. (2,826)    An attempt was made to restart the given program from saved state data, but the program has been changed since the state of it was saved".  Attempted again using a slightly different name and received the same error and as of yet I cannot get past it.  Any help is greatly
