E-WF: SMTP Authentication Fails for Emails Sent To Outside Domains

Hi Team,

PFA.

We are currently on PeopleTools version 8.54.31 and application version 9.0. We are also facing similar issue reported in Doc ID 1266445.1)  while sending the email to outside domain.

I read the Doc ID 1266445.1 but the fix is applied in PT  8.50.16 and we are in 8.54.31.So we already have that patch. Please help us to fix this issue.
