Any one can submit voucher approval in voucher approval framework AWE

Hi,

We are implementing Approval Framework AWE in our organization and we are encountering an issue regarding submitting of voucher approval. We want the voucher creator only to submit the voucher approval as he will be the requester of that approval but we are unable to find any option that can limit this submit functionality to only a voucher creator or some specific requester.
Is there any way by which we can limit submitting of voucher approval ? because if everyone is able to submit voucher approval than routing will not be done correctly.
