UPGCUST compare is running for 2 days

I am doing Initial Pass for FSCM 9.2 Upgrade ( FSM9.1 Bundle 8/PT8.55.28 -> FSCM 9.2 Image 19/PT8.55.15 ).

During initial Pass I have kicked "Running the New Release UPGCUST Compare" on Monday Night (05/15/2017) and it is still running. I can see compare files are being generated but it's very slow.

I am not sure what's causing this slowness as windows server resource utilization looks normal to me.
