how to disable fluid approval for GL module

Hi,

Currently we are doing people tools upgrade from 8.54.10 to 8.55.14 version.

For GL module, when an approver tries to access pending journals through Worklist, system throws error as " Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message"

based on URL constructed its using HMAP_APPRO_DTL_CEO1_MAP service operation which is used for fluid interface. I have inactivated service and bounced app server as well; but still URL is pointing to same service.

Can you let me know if I'm missing anything.
