Error while trying to customize UI OIM

Hi Guys,

I am facing a weird error with OIM11GR3 PS3, When i create a sandbox in Identityadmin console and click on customize, Application just breaks up with following message:

OracleJSP error: java.io.FileNotFoundException:

Set the init-param debug_mode to "true" to see the complete exception message.

out.log has following stack trace:

SecureRefAddr = password. Setting default value of "".>
