RMS 16 Customisation Use Case - Adding search criteria not displaying criteria on screen.

Hello,

We are trying to follow the RMS V16 customisation use case, 'Adding a new search criteria', following the Guide (Doc ID 2018356.1). All the steps are completed with success, but we are unable to see the new search criteria in the screen. Is there any other steps that needs to be followed not mentioned in the guide. I am working with JDeveloper 12.2.1.1.0 and its integrated WebLogic server. We have RMS application deployed in a development environment. I am connecting to development environment database and I have created a custom MDS repository using RCU for my local weblogic domain. I have deployed RMS.ear to integrated WebLogic server and can access the application. Not sure what is missing here. Any help or
