V16 Retail Insights setup

Hi,

As per the installation guide, under "Configure Retail Insights Roles" section, the successful installation should put the file system-jazn-data.xml in directory $RETAIL_HOME/ra_obiee_source_code/catalog. However i don't find this file in this directory. Also i didn't find this file in v16 RI software media.

Where do we get it?

Also is there any updated installation guide as i found many issues in the current installation guide that i have (ri-160-ig)?
