Retail Insights batch prmcmptypsil.ksh and ttltypsil.ksh failure- Bug 25862596

Hi,

The v16 Retail Insights batches prmcmptypsil.ksh and ttltypsil.ksh  failing with below error during see data loading. This seem to be related to "Bug 25862596 RTLUASIL.KSH W_RTL_PROMO_COMP_TYPE_DS FAILS - ERROR: ORG.APACHE.BSF.BSFEXCEPTION"

The bug is closed as not a bug. Please let me know the solution.
