Can you apply two independent patchsets concurrently using Change Assistant?

We are PS 9.2 HCM customers and have successfully used CA to apply Tax Updates.  We are now working with PI 22 and trying to apply TU 17B.  We have a parallel effort in progress to apply 'ACA' changes from PI 22.  We have CA installed on a shared Windows server and thought we could do the following so that the 'tax update' team and the 'ACA' team could work on TU 17B and ACA patching concurrently.  1.
