Upgrade to 9.2 with Bundle Reapply

We are planning out upgrade from CS 9.0 to CS 9.2 and are going to be in the situation where our environment is at a higher Bundle (we are applying #45 now) than the upgrade image (effectively Bundle #43). How does this effect our upgrade strategy? Are we going to have to do a separate set of passes to apply 9.2.005 to get it back up to the equivalent level?
