order of running dunning processes

I looked at the Note

for the order of the running processes in Collections where IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table  is run at the very end , after the IEX: Send Dunning to Delinquent Customers is run in final mode.

Question  - do we have to follow this order or we can run IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table  right after the IEX: Scoring Engine Harness is run and then Send Dunning to the Delinquent customers?

Is there any difference? Are we going to loose any data?
